The Story:
Lorraine and Damian wanted a romantic yet understated look which had a dreamy quality but avoided the frills and fuss. One of the biggest challenges was to make a room that seated up to 180 guests look breathtaking with only 60 occupants. This is where the cleaver use of suspended fairy lights came into effect – by suspending these lights in a more modern fashion the vast space between tables and ceiling was filled delivering intimacy and effect. Furthermore fringed lampshades floated above the dance floor – introducing a stylish club like ambience to the dance arena.
Guests were treated to a wonderful line up of music that included the spectacular outfit, Iridium Project!
A unique approach: the couple opted to have their photos taken earlier in the afternoon. This freed them up to join their guests for an hour of welcome drinks and delectable canapés before walking down the aisle to a sunset ceremony and then straight into dinner followed by dancing!
