Guest List: 200 guests from Johannesburg

Design Concept: This dazzling celebration showcased fantastic modern wedding design concepts – all in only 3 colours: white, black and gold. This striking colour combination worked brilliantly along with a subtle geometrical pattern that was repeated through various design features. But what really set this celebration apart was the sheer amount of customization and personalization!

A custom backdrop, which had an opulent arrangement of white florals stretching diagonally across it, was a showstopper at the ceremony. The white L-shape aisle with golden vinyl designs and the lounge style guest seating served to stylishly highlight the colour scheme. At pre-drinks, a stunning long black bar structure with geometric gold details, conceptual mass arrangements, and four chic cabana structures transformed this lawn into a stylishly appointed outdoor space that guests did not want to leave! The wow factor at the reception came in the modern and unique table layout. In the centre of the room, an extra long black main table with geometric gold details and black dinner chairs was a brilliant contrast to the guest tables which were all clad in white velvet and with white chairs. White florals on the guest tables appeared to be floating and black pillar candles added to the colour contrast. Large chandelier clusters greeted the guests upon entering the reception, and black fringing around that chandliers and arranged amongst them become a subtle yet striking ceiling installation. As with all Wedding Concepts celebrations, no element was left out of the greater design plan!

Our Expert Advice:  Customisation can take your wedding to a whole new level and really set it apart from any other celebrations! No element is too small or too large to be completely personalised! From the towering 7-tier cake and the gold lasercut placemats, to the chic gold cutlery and finally the dancefloor – all worked seamlessly together to achieve what was a flagship luxury wedding!
