The oh-so beautiful Cape Winelands venue offered a setting with all the perfect ingredients. From the majestic tree-lined avenue where the couple exchanged their vows to the modern reception space – it was the perfect canvas for designing with the on-trend combination of rose copper and striking jewel tones!

The stunning ceremony was kept classically white but still incorporated the design brief of texture, elegance & lush florals. It was a combination of Tamalin’s incredible hand-made lace wedding dress and her cascading rich & vibrant bridal bouquet that left everyone speechless, including her dashing groom, waiting for her at the end of the aisle!

The rich and opulent colour palette was brought through in the reception space with alternating colours & table top designs. The daring combination of vibrant textured florals, gold, black & bronze candelabras, black & charcoal water glasses and a striking cluster of modern copper pendants and naked bulbs – made for a dazzling trendy baroque design.

Additional textures were incorporated with wild, organic florals trailing down the centre of each table which created the impression of flowers that simply never ended! Each guest was treated like family and spent the day being submersed into beautiful traditions. Tamalin & Jude entered the reception to the traditional Lebanese Dabke dance with everyone joining in on the dance floor before dinner.

A carefully designed 3-course menu was reflective of both families’ traditions as well as each guest receiving a beautifully packaged token of ‘5 Almonds’ representing health, wealth, happiness, fertility, and longevity for the happy couple!

This designer wedding celebration was the perfect combination of modern elegance, bold & beautiful designer touches, family traditions and true love!

Bold, fun, colourful & vibrant – Kate and Julian’s wedding was a true celebration for the senses – an eclectic glamorous wedding fiesta, filled with warmth and joy and bold décor touches.

Being part of the Senior Wedding Concepts team and passionate about all things beautiful & dramatic – Kate conceptualised a unique décor concept unlike anything she has created before!

With the décor and menu being the most important aspects for the couple – they wanted all their guests to feel at home, sharing amazing gourmet food and being completely surrounded by beautiful vibrant décor. In a nutshell: to get glimpse into their love story and a real Wedding Concepts designer wedding!

Using a vibrant South American colour palette in colours of fuchsia pink, burnt orange, cream and shades of green – foliage and beautiful florals were suspended over each table. 

The wedding magic truly came to life with vintage bulbs, crystal chandeliers and strings of fairy lights suspended amongst the vibrant floral installations.

Quirky details, stunning stationery, a delicious ganache wedding cake and a gorgeously lit marquee – were just some of the bespoke design elements “à la Kate”.

After an evening of fantastic, heartfelt speeches and an amazing 3 course dinner that the reflecting the couple’s favourite foods from their travels together – the guests finally hit the dance floor – dancing until early hours of the morning to the sounds of DJ Rene and his Dream Team!

Ending off the sensational celebration were the American inspired midnight snacks – just the perfect ending to a stylish wedding fiesta straight from the heart of our Wedding Concepts team!
