Andrew and Anton were a designers dream! This international couple allowed our creative team to work closely with our industry partners to curate an inspired contemporary wedding décor concept! They dreamt of hosting a destination wedding in South Africa for their families and friends.

As regular visitors to Cape Town, they wanted their guests to see why they return every year to this amazing city! Armed with only a  few descriptive words to work from, Andrew & Anton left the creativity up to the experts. From there we pitched a look that would transform the architectural lines of their contemporary venue into a modern yet organic space.

The result? A look with strong masculine lines and colours, combined with lush contemporary furniture set comfortably in between full conceptual green ceiling installations that blurred the lines between inside & out. White floral details added sophistication, and wood and bamboo textures grounded the final look. Each place setting was personalised with individual laser cut name places and menus constructed of various types of material. As this was all layered, it created a modern feature in itself, from trace paper, to leather and perspex!

The customization continued to the bespoke jewel-green coloured bar with modern fronts and vintage library lamps to the see-through DJ booth! Finishing the look on the stage, X-ray images of sculptural flowers become the amazing backdrop to Three Tons of Fun and their dazzling performance!
